Rich manages the company’s aviation services and is responsible for direction, control and quality of services provided to customers. His career in aviation began during his college years at RIT when Rich worked line service for USAirports.

Jose is responsible for the daily management of the USAirports FBO facilities, hangars, and the prompt and courteous delivery of services to tenants and aviation customers. Before joining USAirports in 2000, Jose served as a manager for the Walt Disney Company.

Jim has spent the past 27 years in and around airplanes, the majority of that time in service at GRIA. A certified A&P mechanic and inspector for 24 years, Jim oversees all aspects of aircraft maintenance and manages its staff of 15.

Jim oversees maintenance activities for the 23 airlines that fly into GRIA. He is a certified A&P mechanic with a career in the aviation industry that spans 21 years with the last five at USAirports. He is a US Marine Corp veteran who specialized in aviation during his term of duty.

Dennis Gray Dennis Gray

Dennis is responsible for all avionics work performed for USAirports customers. He earned a degree in Avionics from Pennsylvania College of Technology and has been working at GRIA since 2002. He is also a certified A&P mechanic, a licensed pilot, and holds an FCC license.

Eric Dey Eric Dey

Eric manages fuel facilities for all corporate and commercial aircraft at GRIA and serves as the company’s Environmental Compliance Officer. He is also a certified Hazmat responder and a US Navy veteran who served as a fuel specialist on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Nimitz-class aircraft carrier.

A mechanic for more than 30 years, Mike has specialized in GSE work for the past 11 years. He has served as a manager of personnel for 17 years and presently leads USAirports' GSE team of eight mechanics.
