Our leadership team has extensive industry experience and is focused on strategic planning, supporting a collaborative and strong workforce and continually raising the bar on safety, efficiency and providing high quality customer service.  

CEO - Brett Costello

As Chief Executive Officer of USAirports Flight Support, Mr. Costello oversees the operations of the Cargo, Flight Support, GSE and Maintenance Departments. In addition, he also directs the Company's enterprise division, overseeing internal functions such as management of personnel, finance, information technologies, risk management and strategic planning.  Brett has been with USAirports since its inception in 1986, working alongside his father, founder and entrepreneur, the late Anthony J. Costello. 

Richard Wood - Vice President Aviation Services

Mr. Wood oversees the Aviation Services operation and is responsible for direction, control and quality of services provided to all our customers. His career at USAirports began in 1997 during his college years at RIT when he worked line service.  Rich has held a number of managerial positions, which lead to his appointment as Vice President in 2009.

Jose Santiago - Vice President Customer Service, Sales and Marketing

As VP of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Mr. Santiago is responsible for the daily management of USAirports FBO, Customer Service, Facilities, Hangars, and the prompt and courteous delivery of product and services to our tenants and aviation customers. Before joining USAirports in 2000, Mr. Santiago served as a manager for the Walt Disney Company.

Dana Romagnola – Accountable Manager

Mr. Romagnola joined USAirports in 2009 and has spent the past 20 years in and around airplanes, the majority of that time in service at Greater Rochester International Airport. A certified A&P mechanic and inspector for 18 years, Dana oversees all aspects of aircraft maintenance and manages its staff.

Josh Glynn – Operations Manager

Mr. Glynn manages the day-to-day operations of USAirports line services. He is certified as both a fueling and deicing trainer for all airlines serviced by USAirports at KROC. Mr. Glynn is responsible for fueling quality assurance testing and record keeping. Prior to joining USAirports in 2012, he served with the USAF Auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol in the Emergency Services Program.
